My instinct is always to push to get it under support, otherwise buy a product that does not require support like Ubiquiti. Cheaper in the long run, but some companies don't see it that way. When I was managing FortiNet I always kept all up to date. I found a couple of old and out of support. Sharing dumps violates a reddit global rule and may result in a site-wide ban. Posting brain or answer dumps for Fortinet certifications is prohibited as they are copyrighted material. What you have already tried as part of your troubleshooting process.
